Thank you for shopping at Style.ae. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at Styleae.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
